1. Services Provided
Gravesite Cleanup offers gravesite cleaning, maintenance, and GPS mapping services across Middle Tennessee. All services are performed to the best of our ability using non-toxic, cemetery-safe products.

2. Service Limitations
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, erosion, or weather-related deterioration of gravestones, monuments, or surrounding areas. Our cleaning methods are designed to be gentle and non-invasive.

3. Liability Disclaimer
By submitting a request or using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Gravesite Cleanup is not liable for:
- Natural wear and tear of stones or markers
- Damage caused by pre-existing structural weakness
- Cemetery rules or restrictions beyond our control
- Errors in GPS location due to satellite or signal interference
- Delays due to weather, cemetery access, or unforeseen events

4. Media & Documentation
Photos, videos, or GPS coordinates provided are for documentation purposes only and may be used for quality assurance or marketing unless otherwise requested.

5. Payment & Refunds
Payment terms are specified during service booking. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Service is considered complete once documentation is delivered.

6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site or services implies agreement to the latest terms.
